Why I started this

I didn't learn this ten years ago. I learned it now.

Most of what I do didn't exist ten years ago, so nobody has decades of experience with it, what matters is who's actually building with it now. I'm Kevin, a data engineer: day to day, people across the business come to me with a problem, "we think this could be automated," "we want AI in this process somewhere," and I figure out what to build, then work with them until they have something that actually makes their job easier. That's the same thing I do here, just for businesses instead of departments.

It started with watching my mom run her cake business out of Facebook, every order, every message, all by hand. I realized the same skills I use professionally could make her job easier, and that she wasn't the only business owner stuck in that spot.

I take this seriously. When you work with me, you're spending real money, and I know it needs to be worth it, so I build things that fit how your business actually runs, not a template, and I stay involved until it works the way you need it to.

Based in Richmond, VA, I work with local business owners across Central Virginia, including Henrico, Chesterfield, Glen Allen, and Midlothian, who want to compete without burning out trying to keep up with every new tool that shows up online.
